Born in Pasadena in 1991 and raised in Maui, the artist discovered a passion for art early on, eventually choosing it over sports in high school. After studying at Orange Coast College and Cal Poly Pomona, a screen printing class and inspiring professors solidified their path as an artist. A life-changing brain surgery before graduation deepened their commitment to creativity. Today, they teach photography, drawing, and painting at Maui High School, where they continue to grow as both an artist and educator.
