Rosey Kennedy is a southern Florida–based mixed media artist whose work blends a variety of mediums to create ethereal scenes infused with color, symbolism, and a sense of paradise. A naturally gifted artist since childhood, she pursued formal training in the arts while also building professional experience within the Fine Art industry.
A turning point came three years ago when sudden, debilitating health challenges forced her into an extended recovery. In that space, she found refuge in painting, drawing on a tradition shared by artists such as Kahlo, Francis, and Basquiat, who transformed periods of illness or struggle into profound acts of creation. For Rosey, the process became both therapeutic and transformative, deepening her connection to art as a means of healing.
As her health improved, so too did her artistic voice. Today, Rosey continues to evolve as a contemporary artist, weaving touches of realism and Impressionism into luminous visions that invite viewers into a world of tranquility, beauty, and renewal.
